My Romantic History is part irreverent romantic comedy, part office fantasia. In the sterile landscape of office cubicles and laminating machines, a one-night stand between co-workers Tom and Amy resurrects memories for each of their first serious crush. A peppery play about lust, loneliness, loyalty and the perils of office romance, My Romantic History showcases the talents of one of Scotland’s most popular young playwrights and premiered at the Traverse Theatre as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2010 where it was awarded the Scotsman Fringe First Award.
