Box Office Policies
Exchanges & Cancellations
All sales are final. There are no refunds for ticket or subscription purchases.
Exchanges are available for the following:
- Single ticket exchanges incur a $3.00 fee per ticket, plus any difference in price that may occur.
- Subscribers may exchange tickets with no fees. Should a ticket be exchanged into a higher-priced performance, subscribers only pay the difference in subscription price.
Performances will occur as scheduled unless the City of Philadelphia is closed by the Mayor’s Office. In the event of a cancellation, the Box Office will make every attempt to notify you and arrange attendance for an alternate date. Inis Nua does not offer refunds due to severe weather. However, emergency exchanges can be made up to two hours before curtain.
Pick-Up & Late Seating
Physical tickets are available but not required. We prefer to go green and keep a list of patrons attending each performance. For your convenience and for the environment, all you need to do is provide your name at the door. We are happy to provide physical tickets for patrons who prefer a tangible reminder of their performance date(s).
Late seating is solely at the discretion of management. Our productions are generally very intimate with minimal distance between the actors and the audience. Some productions may not allow late seating due to the level of distraction. When possible, we will endeavor to late seat patrons who arrive within a reasonable period after the start. This varies depending on the show but is typically around 10 minutes. Doors typically open 20-30 minutes before curtain.
All seating in the Theatres at The Drake is general admission.
Subscribers are able to request reserved seating.
Wheelchair accessible, as well as companion seats, mobility, and audiovisual accessible seating is available. Special seating requests should be made prior to show time by calling the Box Office at 215-454-9776 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
While some of our productions are suitable for younger audiences, when not otherwise noted we do not generally recommend bringing children under 16 to Inis Nua productions. We ask parents and guardians to use discretion when choosing a performance. Please call the Box Office at 215-454-9776 if you have any questions as to the age appropriateness of an Inis Nua production.

Photography and/or videography of any kind is strictly prohibited in the theater. Equipment will be confiscated and violators are subject to immediate ejection from the theater with no refunds.
Please silence all electronic devices before entering the theater, or leave them with House Management.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building.

Weekdays (Wednesday - Thursday): $25.00
Weekends (Friday - Sunday): $30.00
Opening Night: $35.00
Includes a post-show reception with complimentary refreshments
Subscribers save 10% on single ticket prices.
Single tickets incur a handling fee per ticket:
- $2.00 per ticket for tickets under $25.00
- $3.00 per ticket for tickets under $30.00
- $4.00 per ticket for tickets $30.00 or more
Subscribers pay a one-time handling fee of $6 per subscription.
Single ticket discounts are available for:
- Students: $15 with valid ID (in person)
- Industry: $15 (in person or by phone)
- Seniors (aged 65+): $15 (in person or by phone)
- Subscribers: 10% off additional tickets
ACCESS Cardholders (those Pennsylvania residents who monitor their government issued benefits with an ACCESS card), are invited to use their cards at Inis Nua Theatre, for a deeply discounted rate.
Similar to the way in which students, senior citizens, and military professionals show proper identification to receive reduced admission, ACCESS Cardholders may now do the same, to enter for just $2. ACCESS Philly is a city-wide initiative, broken down to into two styles of cultural experience, ACCESS Admission (museums, gardens, historic sites) & ACCESS Live (live shows at theaters), and led by Art-Reach.
