Get ready for an unforgettable evening–a conversation with Jim Culleton, Artistic Director of Dublin’s Fishamble Theatre, and the American theatre artist, Dael Orlandersmith, Pulitzer Prize finalist and Obie Award winner. Fishamble is an Olivier Award-winning company that nurtures Irish playwriting–their goal is to help create plays of Irish national importance with a global reach. Dael has been working with Fishamble and NY’s Irish Rep to mentor a cohort of young Irish playwrights in developing their unique voices. Our Artistic Director KC MacMillan will lead Dael and Jim in a conversation about the Future of Irish Playwriting.
